Benefits of the delightful season- Spring that you may have missed

 

Most places in the world have four-season summer, winter, fall and t spring. Although people love different seasons based on their own choice here we will give you enough reasons to shift your liking and turn to spring. It is the most delightful season of all. It brings happiness, hope and a new life to everything. Spring season comes after the winters and before the summer, it has a moderate temperature and longer daylight. Here are some of the benefits of this season.


Longer Day Hours


Since spring comes after the winters where days are short and nights are longer, spring brings more daylight in which you can do more work and be more productive. These longer hours of sun boost your energy because you can do more work in the daylight. A research conducted in 2016 at the Brigham Young University found out that long hours of the sun helps in less mental distress and anxiety.


The Return of Birds


Most of the animals migrate during different seasons, mostly they migrate to the south during winter and when the temperature rises a little they head to the north. The arrival of the winter season is recognized by the chirping of birds and there is nothing better than that. The migration of birds in the north region starts in February and lasts until June. Many species of birds can be found during spring seasons and it is the cause of absolute bliss and pleasure. In a research held in 2017 in the UK, it was found out that seeing birds will help improve your mental health.

Moderate Temperature

Spring season is the delightful season because of many reasons but the most important factor is the moderate temperature that makes it beautiful and joyful. It marks the end of hard winters and is a sign of relief for the people. In winter people wear layers of clothes to protect themselves from blistering weather but in spring season you can easily remove the layers without getting ill. 

You can enjoy Outdoors

Moderate temperature gives you the chance to enjoy outdoor gatherings and can spend more time on outdoor activities. It helps in your mental well being and overall health. Going for walk and seeing nature is a blissful sight and researches has found out that slow walk reduces your heart rate and makes you feel relaxed. A study conducted at the University of Michigan says that if you spend 30 minutes outdoor in warm and sunny weather it enlightens your mood and sharpens your memory. But this practice should not be continued in the summer season because it can make you feel uncomfortable and sometimes ill.
